On main page, the table with features could include also others FW than this REX edition so it ll be easy to spot the differences. More internal links as well and more remarks. Please modify formatting page, remove or add color etc... Link to rebug.me also

maybe Ada L0ve Lace can take care of that please :) i don't have a ps3 myself to check the patches and it'd be useful to document all them. thanks

Other notes
- sysconf_plugin.rco and .sprx are from DEX firmware, original files, not modifyed. The resource files inside sysconf_plugin.rco are the same in CEX/DEX but the RCOXML Objects definitions are different (DEX has more items)
- xmb_plugin.sprx is patched to remove the red box with the debug network output on XMB
