I have never seen that power button and even the 6USB port protos seemed to have a touch sense button similar to the pre "Slim" series/Phat Playstation 3s. I also wonder how do you get your hands on non-mass production/DEX PS3 COOKIE-13. I do recall DECR-1000A being sold on ebay
