System Update Downloader

The updater will download the PSP2UPDAT.PUP on your Vita system, copy the PUP to ud0:PSP2UPDATE/, and unpack psp2swu.self (the actual updater/flasher) there. Once finished it will set boot mode to a certain value (usually 0x40) and reboot. Instead of booting to shell the psp2swu is loaded (either in GUI or CUI mode). Then it unpacks and flashes partition images (os0 and slb2 images are flashed to swap/inactive banks), updates/reflashes the MBR (swaps active bank flag for partitions that supports it), flashes new syscon fw, flashes new f00d keys and reboots.
