The Region specific Key / Digest / Signing / What ever is already knowen and confirmed. I have enough dumps to be able to tell that. There for i add the informations to the devwiki. Otherwise i wouldn't write that the Region0 and Region1 Digest [Key, Signing, What ever] is for every console on every FW the same. And "Per Console" don not match at all cause to be clear it is per Region for a Retail. In case only Dev / Test consoles do use one Region (Region0) you could call it there "Per Console". Still it's "Per Region".
