Editing KES-495A

KES-495A is a laser used in [[CECH-43xx]] with [[KEM-495AAA]] slide. While the name of the slide is confirmed, the name of the laser is guesswork based on the name of the slide.

This is the final type of laser pickup introduced in the PS3 and closely resembles some of those used inside the PS4.
Connects via 40-pin cable.
