The first Sony product to utilize the XrossMediaBar (XMB) was the "Sony PSX" in 2003. An hybrid of a PS2 + DVR player with recorder capabilityes

System Settings System Name:automatically generated by ??? and used for visual identification by the users (on monitors, on remote play device when the ps3 is on APmode, on ftp) This name is also used on otheroS for diagnostic (?)
