Get the fully qualified base page name of the current or the given page. It is similar to the magic word {{BASEPAGENAME}}, but prepends the namespace of the page.

{{FULLBASEPAGENAME}}→ Template:FULLBASEPAGENAME{{FULLBASEPAGENAME|}}→ Template:FULLBASEPAGENAME{{FULLBASEPAGENAME|Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Arbitration enforcement/Archive1}}→ wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Arbitration enforcement
In namespaces with subpages disabled it will return the full page name:
{{FULLBASEPAGENAME|List of 28 Days/Weeks Later characters}}→ List of 28 Days
