If the error appeared after selecting [Activate as Your Primary PS4] once, Step 1: Reboot the console. Step 2: If the system software is not up to date, update it to the latest version. Step 3: Turn off your router for a least 5 minutes, then turn it back on. Step 4: This may be a temporary issue; try again later.

NP-39225-1 Issue with PS4 internet connection // Check PSN status and game server status. If the server is active then perform a connection test. Adjust network settings: Update router firmware or try later as the network may be temporarily busy.
