The BootLogo on PS5 is displayed by SceSysAvControl of User module.

BootLogo image is bpe encoded with something filter and embedded in the SceSysAvControl.

A module is located in /SceSysAvControl.elf.

Also this BootLogo is just "PS Logo" image (256x256).
