The PS VITA update files can be extracted using the "PS VITA Firmware xTractor".
To decrypt the files which are unpacked using the tool, we still require a key which is not available, yet.
The key is
0xFF 0xE3 0x55 0xAE 0x6E 0x3C 0xD1 0x7E 0x74 0x1A 0xB4 0xE2 0xCC 0x6C 0xD2 0x1F
(not confirmed - delete this, if you tested and worked)
