Homebrew and Indie Development

  • Not without a PS developer license
    • requirements:
      • Form a Corporate Entity (Strongly Recommended)
      • Obtain an Employer Tax ID Number (Recommended)
      • Static IP (Required for DevNet Access)
      • You must be physically located in a SCE region
      • Complete online registration
      • Sign the NDA & Developer Application
      • Agree to the Developer Agreements
      • Setup devnet access with above static IP
